Our quarterly service program is designed to give homeowners the protection they want without a monthly service, yet still have the security of needed treatments between normal visits if the situation arises.

After an initial treatment for one of the services listed below, quarterly service can be started to include the rest of the covered services.

Quarterly service visits are scheduled four times per year depending on start date.

Services include spraying the outside foundation and inside the home when requested or needed.

Mouse bait will be installed and checked each quarter and replaced as needed.

Additional service required between scheduled visits is included in the price as long as it is a covered service listed below.

Payment is due prior to or at the time of service.

Service is scheduled to allow inside treatment and inspection of mouse stations unless other arrangements are made.
